WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
1. Please allow 7-10 business days for US Shipping, up to 15 business days for Canada. Worldwide shipping is approximately 16-18 days for your order to arrive as we are a print on demand company and it takes time for us to produce custom products for you! WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All Sales are Final. Prints are made to order. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Care team, and will produce and send a replacement at no charge.
